I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your wonderful Prenatal Pregnancy program. I did your program religiously throughout my pregnancy - starting at about week 8. As a first-time mom, I was very concerned about labor and delivery, and I wanted to do everything I could to ensure that the delivery would be 100% drug-free and as smooth as possible. Your program not only provided me with a fun exercise routine - it gave me the tools I needed to meet and exceed my goals for a natural delivery. I went into labor at about 10:30pm Sunday night - took a quick shower and went to the hospital. I arrived at the hospital just before midnight, and Julia was born at 3:44 am. No one could believe how fast the delivery went - especially for a first-timer - and how alert and active Julia was from the moment she arrived. I was up doing stretches about an hour after delivery! Julia and I will be starting post-natal pilates tomorrow!

You've created a fantastic program, and I strongly believe every pregnant woman would shorten their labor, strengthen their body and mind, and generally have a more positive, natural and healthy pregnancy and birthing experience if they all did Prenatal Pilates. Julia and I enjoyed post-natal Pilates this morning, too! I was very surprised to find that I am quite strong - even 4 days after delivery - and able to complete and enjoy the entire workout. AND…my long-lost body is rapidly returning! I've attached a picture, too.

I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that I really enjoyed the Prenatal Pilates video during my recent pregnancy. I have chronic hypertension, even before pregnancy, and my physical activity was limited for the nine months. This was very difficult for me because I am an athlete through and through (I would play volleyball four times a week before pregnancy!)
Because the video is low impact and not too stressful n the body I was able to enjoy the video. I was put on bed rest for the last three months of pregnancy and not able to do the video then but I still benefited. They induced labor in the 38th week because of high blood pressure, and delivered with only 15 minutes of hard pushing. This was really a blessing especially with my high blood pressure during delivery.
Now my husband and I are enjoying our little baby girl and I am doing great, glowing you could say! I am looking forward to the Post-natal video.

Just wanted to let you know that I enjoyed using your exercise videos for my first pregnancy. I delivered a7lb. boy on 3/12/04 in less than 8 hours. I believe your product helped me reduce my labor time significantly.. Also, I found that the exercises helped relieve the back pain and other physical aches that come with pregnancy. I felt and looked better than most of my co-workers throughout most of my pregnancy!

I'm so glad I found this video. It definitely helped make me more comfortable during my pregnancy, especially my back. The instructor takes care to modify the exercises for pregnancy and divided the video for each trimester. Great if you're a pilates fan or just need a safe way to exercise while you're pregnant. I just received this DVD and did it with my baby for the first time this morning. I love the fact that it really involves the baby and considers his needs as well as the mom's. My baby is 10 weeks old and really liked it. Some of the moves are really hard, but fortunately there are alternative positions for us beginners. I'm really looking forward to doing this workout many times with my baby. Mary Beth
I love this workout! It consists of classic pilates moves designed to tone your hips, abs and thigh areas. It also has some upper body moves where you use your baby as a weight to tone your arms. I enjoyed it, it was a fast workout but very vigorous. The instructions on how to do the pilates excersizes were very clear throughout. My baby seemed to like it too! L. Jonsson
