PV Partners is a partnership between Picot Pilates, LLC and M Productions, LLC. PV Partners was created to supply entertaining and informative Pilates videos to help people benefit from "the Pilates method" in all the various stages of their lives. Our unique Pilates programs are designed to specifically adapt to people's changing needs.

Sarah Picot

Sarah Grady (White) Picot is a certified Pilates instructor and creator of the Prenatal and Post-natal Pilates workout. She was trained in NYC by the Pilates Studio and Tribecca Body Works. After moving to Washington, DC with her husband and giving birth to their first son, she completed her certification with the Physical mind Institute.

Sarah spent 10 years dancing in NYC with an eclectic mix of companies, such as The NY Knicks City Dancers, American Ballroom Theatre and Complexions. Her work with these companies took her all over the world and gave her the opportunity to dance with such renowned dancers as Jodi Gates (Penn. Ballet/Joffrey), Desmond Richardson (ABT and Complexions) and Michael Thomas (Alvin Ailey).

Sarah starred in a Converse Commercial which was shot and aired in Japan in 1996. She also worked on The Bone Collector, Random Hearts and The Thomas Crown Affair. Sarah has taught at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center (where she also trained), Steps, Musical Theatre Works and The Washington School of Ballet. She has taught and given workshops at the Sports Club La and Sport and Health. She gives privates out of her Picot Pilates home studio in Virginia.

M Productions

M Productions was founded in 1997 by Margo Meisel Sadow with the goal of improving peoples' lives with inspirational shows that train, motivate and entertain. It is committed to producing high quality videos in the areas of health and education.

M Productions President and Producer Margo Meisel Sadow has won over 15 national and international awards for work in the sensitive areas of health, disabilities, and aging. Sample projects include: The documentary "Voices in a Deaf Theater", which was honored at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA; "Fingerprints" for The National Institutes of Health; and over 16 documentary-style training videos for the Assisted Living Federation of America on topics ranging from Aging sensitivity, Alzheimer's disease, Hospice care, and Medication management.

Margo has been doing Pilates for over 7 years and has recently had her first child. Her firm belief in the benefits of Pilates for pregnancy prompted her to share her expertise in video production to help other pregnant women.

Margo's Awards include: 6 Cine Golden Eagle Awards, 7 Telly Awards, 7 Communicator Awards for Excellence, 1 New York Festival Award, 1 Silver Apple from the National Educational Media Network and 11 Mature Media Awards.
